A volunteer of the organization calls each woman giving birth to see how she is doing and to inquire about any needs or challenges. The volunteer informs the postpartum woman of the organization’s various services. She checks with the mothers how they can be assisted according to the unique needs of the family and the condition of the mother who just gave birth.
